To compliment the grape, Claret offers Cheese and Charcuterie Platters, Brick-Oven Pizzas and Signature Dishes.

Citrus Marinated Olives, Pan Catalan, and Hummus with Toasted Pita Points are a delectable savory start. Create your own cheese and charcuterie platter from a choice of artisanal cheeses and cured meats, such as Pierre Robert Triple Creme Brie, or an Organic Amish Cheddar, Spicy Chorizo and Spanish Jamon de Serrano.

For those with a more substantial appetite, try the earthy Maitake & Shitake Mushroom Panini with Red Onion Confit and Fontina cheese, which comes with a lightly dressed baby arugula salad on the side. Or the richly aromatic and filling Black Truffle and Aged Gruyere Mac and Cheese, which has fast become Claret’s Signature Dish. The Smoked Salmon Tartine with Roasted Jalapeno & Goat Cheese Tapanade has a following of its own, and the  Sunnyside Farmer’s Market Spanish Tortilla and the Organic Chicken Panino with Garlic & Herb Boursin and Piquillo Peppers are proving very popular newcomers.

Choose from a selection of  10″ ultra thin crust brick oven pizzas including the Prosciutto Pizza topped with house-made Marinara Sauce, freshly shaved Parmesan Cheese, Baby Arugula and 18 Month Aged Prosciutto, The Champignon Pizza topped with Roasted Garlic, Mushroom Medley, Goat Cheese and White Truffle Oil.  Claret staff are always on hand to help with pairing a wine to your choice of food. We offer a gluten-free crust option in our pizzas, just let your server know.
